Transforming Loyalty in the Automotive Industry Geno’s W3-D2C platform powers the next-generation loyalty ecosystem for smart Malaysia, fully integrated into the Hello smart App.
Geno partnered with Proton New Energy Technology (Pro-Net) to launch a blockchain-powered loyalty ecosystem that turns verified driving actions into real rewards. Customers earn smart Points through the hello smart App and redeem them for experiences that enhance brand connection, including e-mall purchases and EV charging.
The program was successfully launched on 3 December 2024.
Geno’s solution is integrated into Proton’s existing business operations, reengineering traditional processes into connected digital solutions. The starting point to unify data, rewards, and customer experiences across dealers, drivers, and digital touchpoints.
